Terms of service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of CRMConvo (the "service"), provided by CRMConvo ("we"). By using the service you accept them on behalf of your business. Contact: [email protected].
The service
CRMConvo is software for managing WhatsApp conversations, contacts, opt-ins, templates and campaigns through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta under Meta's own terms.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by us or by invitation. Keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorized use.
- The account owner is responsible for the people invited to the account and for what they do in it.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, the Meta Business Terms and all laws that apply to your messages.
- Message only people who gave you their number and agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from you, and honor opt-outs.
- Do not send spam, unlawful or misleading content, or anything that infringes others' rights.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service or of WhatsApp.
Meta fees and decisions
Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages and bills those charges to your WhatsApp Business Account directly. Meta can limit, pause or ban numbers, templates or accounts. We show these decisions as Meta reports them but cannot change them.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when possible.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, or that puts the service or its users at risk. After an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for actions of Meta or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell account owners about important changes before they apply.
